Hello Anna. First of all… thanks for your choreography, for the sequence, for your originality… incredible work! Congratulations! But… you did some mistakes that not give you the 5…
What are my tips?
1. Just as you always keep a great body posture; you are losing quality in your arm movements, for example: if you perform an internal rotation of the arm at the same time that you place a transverse abduction... you're causing a bad shoulder position dividing the workload between the pectoral and your back muscles (even if your only intention is to work the muscles of the back) and this position often leads students in neck discomfort.
2. Something similar happens with your legs, when you show your legs move you forget your hands moves and you do not demonstrate how you must move it to control the move, the balance… to your clients. Please… work in front of a mirror to increase the quality of your moves, their amplitude and…
3. Your balance! Take care in your turns.
4. And the more important (for me)… You stay all time talking, doing explanations, counting… moving… great! but when it’s time to connect with your clients? To their motivation?
Anna, seriously, congratulations for you great choreography, moves, combinations… my respect!Good luck for the future, I’m sure that will be great future in Aquatic fitness world! And thank you soooooo much for share your work!
